Alvar Melin kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Upplands Väsby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Käcker came free, but Peter Ström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Kristian Käcker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eskil Hylander charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eskil Hylander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes Haninge FK got a freekick which was hit by Eskil Hylander. Hubert Wiklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Kalle Billström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dan Björkkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ove Backlund's late challenge caught a Haninge FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ove Backlund helped the player get up and apologised. Thomas Skark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Kalle Billström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Peter Ström managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Haninge FK's Dan Björkkvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Haninge FK booed when Upplands Väsby IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Wiklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dan Björkkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kalle Billström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hubert Wiklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Björkkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Peter Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inge Alfors in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Peter Ström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Peter Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Björkkvist in the 41st minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hubert Wiklund to strike the kick off in the second half. Dan Björkkvist took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Ström. Peter Ström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 64 minutes in the game, Dan Björkkvist dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Dan Björkkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Peter Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Haninge FK getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Kristian Käcker hit a great ball. Inge Alfors fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Ström having to interfere. If Thomas Skark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Thomas Skark got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Haninge FK's Kristian Käcker in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Upplands Väsby IF's goalie prevented a goal. Edvard Benet struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Peter Ström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haninge FK. Ove Backlund was shown his second yellow card after 84 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 85 played minutes Upplands Väsby IF got a freekick which was hit by Ove Backlund. In the 86th minute Dan Björkkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Dan Björkkvist notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Upplands Väsby IF's Peter Ström. Peter Ström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Dan Björkkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edvard Benet fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haninge FK's protests and gave Edvard Benet a yellow card for diving instead. After 96 played minutes Haninge FK got a freekick which was hit by Edvard Benet. Thomas Skark struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Kalle Billström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Upplands Väsby IF.
