Spectators: 6694 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alexander Österberg got the match started through his kick off. When Tim Wallander came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Taberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tim Wallander couldn't finish the play. 9 minutes into the match, Ambjörnarp IK's goal looked a bit too open when Bror Hägglund came free, but Jan-Åke Blom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ambjörnarp IK booed when Taberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. August Olofsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Emanuel Blomberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bror Hägglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jan-Åke Blom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bror Hägglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Åke Blom having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bror Hägglund in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Åke Blom saved Ambjörnarp IK from getting behind. Alexander Österberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Bruhn having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Tim Wallander could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which Jan-Åke Blom however easily saved by the left post. If Alexander Österberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Alexander Österberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Johannes Bruhn was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bror Hägglund to make the kick off. Robin Rang in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Johannes Bruhn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bror Hägglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jan-Åke Blom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bror Hägglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 67 played minutes Alexander Österberg rounded Taberg's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. In the 85th minute, Tim Wallander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexander Österberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Bruhn having to interfere. When the match was over Ambjörnarp IK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Taberg throughout the match.
