Stellan Nordlander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Österberg in the 10th minute of the match. Emanuel Blomberg's late challenge caught a CarMic FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Blomberg helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ambjörnarp IK getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Emanuel Blomberg hit a great ball. 0-1 became the score in the 16th minute when Karl-Johan Fanström elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexander Österberg in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stellan Nordlander saved CarMic FC from getting behind. Boris Källberg hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Robin Rang came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Stellan Nordlander could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Österberg in the 35th minute of play forced CarMic FC's goalkeeper Stellan Nordlander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alexander Österberg fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ambjörnarp IK's protests and gave Alexander Österberg a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ambjörnarp IK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Alexander Österberg hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in CarMic FC's zone, Christopher Bagge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stellan Nordlander came out of the goal and Christopher Bagge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind CarMic FC's goalkeeper Stellan Nordlander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Alexander Österberg made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexander Österberg in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stellan Nordlander saved CarMic FC from getting behind. In the 63rd minute, Evert Ekman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Evert Ekman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Robin Rang came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Ambjörnarp IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robin Rang couldn't finish the play. Evert Ekman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Johan Fanström got free with Jan-Åke Blom in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute, Boris Källberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ambjörnarp IK's Jan-Åke Blom didn't even have to move. Evert Ekman was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. CarMic FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 92 minutes into the match, Ambjörnarp IK's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Blom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Johan Fanström. When Evert Ekman came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the CarMic FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert Ekman couldn't finish the play. Alexander Österberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CarMic FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
