Spectators: 7286 (Terracing: 5467, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sten Mattsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, The Mighty Way's goal looked a bit too open when Stellan Nordstedt came free, but Thor Lundberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Lennart Brovall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Söderström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Mattsson in the 16th minute of the match. Harry Dahlquist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Söderström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Stellan Nordstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vederslöv's supporters rose to their feet, but Stellan Nordstedt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thor Lundberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lennart Brovall hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Sten Mattsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harry Dahlquist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Daniel Söderström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 38 played minutes Sten Mattsson rounded Vederslöv's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Stellan Nordstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thor Lundberg came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Vederslöv's Stellan Nordstedt. But to his dismay, Stellan Nordstedt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Ingemarsson made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, The Mighty Way's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Ingemarsson came free, but Thor Lundberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Stellan Nordstedt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thor Lundberg, 1-2. Harry Dahlquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Vederslöv's goalkeeper Daniel Söderström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When The Mighty Way's Sten Mattsson in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vederslöv's goalie prevented a goal. Sten Mattsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vederslöv's Martin Ingemarsson got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in The Mighty Way's zone, Martin Ingemarsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thor Lundberg came out of the goal and Martin Ingemarsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st minute Martin Ingemarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thor Lundberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sten Mattsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Mattsson in the 89th minute of play forced Vederslöv's goalkeeper Daniel Söderström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Harry Dahlquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Mighty Way's supporters rose to their feet, but Harry Dahlquist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Söderström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The The Mighty Way supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vederslöv's performance. The match ended with a win for Vederslöv.
