In the 18th minute, Benjamin Alkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tim Molander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Sören Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Andreas Blom notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of AL AHLY's Sören Forsberg. Sören Forsberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of AL AHLY booed when Team ⚽ Zone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Alén didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to AL AHLY getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Johan Jonsson hit a great ball. After 36 played minutes AL AHLY got a freekick which was hit by Johan Jonsson. Team ⚽ Zone's Ove Sjögren couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 37th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AL AHLY. After 42 played minutes Team ⚽ Zone got a freekick which was hit by Rutger Nyberg. With an all-out effort, AL AHLY's Marko Johansson threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from John Aleberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sören Forsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Blom, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After having played for 48 minutes, Tim Molander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team ⚽ Zone's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tim Molander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Tim Molander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Forsberg having to interfere. Johan Jonsson kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Brian Helström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th match minute, Team ⚽ Zone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Molander to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute of the match, Andreas Blom got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sören Forsberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marko Johansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Helström in the 70th minute of the match. The supporters of Team ⚽ Zone booed when AL AHLY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Alkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marko Johansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Aleberg in the 76th minute of the match. John Aleberg scored 2-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marko Johansson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sören Forsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Molander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andreas Blom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Forsberg having to interfere. Harry Wenerdahl charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harry Wenerdahl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The AL AHLY support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
