Spectators: 6689 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bengt Grelsson kicked off to start the match. Bo Moberg made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Ulf Lindholm sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harry Vennersten in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christer Wiman saved Älvängen IFK from getting behind. In the 9th minute, Sune Wallin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christer Wiman came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Bjurholm BK's Harry Vennersten. But to his dismay, Harry Vennersten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 20th minute, Örjan Pedersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bjurholm BK's Harry Vennersten got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bengt Grelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Wiman having to interfere. Håkan Koch charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Håkan Koch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Håkan Koch kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Harry Vennersten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Christer Wiman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bjurholm BK's Jim Jelm got a free kick in the 35th minute. Ulf Lindholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Harry Vennersten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christer Wiman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Vennersten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sune Wallin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Douglas Österberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bjurholm BK and the Älvängen IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bjurholm BK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Douglas Österberg hit a great ball. Karl-Magnus Berggren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bo Moberg. Bjurholm BK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 56 played minutes Bjurholm BK got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Österberg. Bo Moberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Lindholm in the 59th minute of the match. Ulf Lindholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 67th minute of the match Douglas Österberg completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Douglas Österberg a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Bjurholm BK getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Douglas Österberg hit a great ball. Bjurholm BK's Bo Moberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulf Lindholm in the 69th minute of play. Sune Wallin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Moberg having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Ulf Lindholm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Harry Vennersten's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Christer Wiman skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ulf Lindholm struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Bo Moberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Älvängen IFK. In the 81stth minute of the game Sune Wallin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bjurholm BK's Bo Moberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Sune Wallin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bo Moberg. Bjurholm BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sune Wallin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Ulf Lindholm came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Älvängen IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulf Lindholm couldn't finish the play. Ulf Lindholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Moberg having to interfere. Harry Vennersten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
