An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Hääger in the 8th minute of play forced IF Ejset's goalkeeper Aleksander Björling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Knut Dahlberg made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Börje Bjursell sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the match, Brantevik's goal looked a bit too open when Markus Björklund came free, but Knut Dahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Stål in the 13th minute of play forced Brantevik's goalkeeper Knut Dahlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Pål Fors left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brantevik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 22nd minute Pål Fors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksander Björling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pål Fors in the 24th minute of play forced IF Ejset's goalkeeper Aleksander Björling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Markus Björklund kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Pål Fors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, Pål Fors had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aleksander Björling. IF Ejset's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pål Fors was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Börje Bjursell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Dahlberg having to interfere. Knut Dahlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Stål in the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, IF Ejset's goal looked a bit too open when Vilhelm Hääger came free, but Aleksander Björling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Börje Bjursell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Knut Dahlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Börje Bjursell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Knut Dahlberg made a huge save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pål Fors stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by IF Ejset's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nils-Åke Alebom was slow to take the kick. During this time Brantevik's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Nils-Åke Alebom got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aleksander Björling quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 54 minutes into the game, Börje Bjursell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IF Ejset's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brantevik the free kick. A collision led to IF Ejset getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Börje Bjursell hit a great ball. Vilhelm Hääger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aleksander Björling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pål Fors's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Vilhelm Hääger who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Aleksander Björling when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Markus Björklund kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Vilgot Sandström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aleksander Björling. IF Ejset's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aleksander Björling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pål Fors, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in IF Ejset's zone, Pål Fors stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aleksander Björling came out of the goal and Pål Fors tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Brantevik's Pål Fors in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IF Ejset's goalie prevented a goal. In the 79th minute, Markus Björklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in IF Ejset fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! IF Ejset's Aleksander Björling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pål Fors in the 87th minute of play. Börje Bjursell struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Knut Dahlberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IF Ejset. The Brantevik players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
