Spectators: 6683 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Åke Tillman started the match with the kick off. In the 3rdth minute of the game Åke Tillman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kalvträsk's Edvard Malmberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 9 minutes, Sune Helström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ätran and the Kalvträsk players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes Ätran got a freekick which was hit by Sune Helström. Edvard Malmberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliot Myr, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Anders Hellsing made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Marko Nyström sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th match minute, Ätran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Erik Kruse to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Kalvträsk's Marko Nyström fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Edgar Skarkman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Hellsing having to interfere. Anders Hellsing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Skarkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edvard Malmberg came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Ätran's Åke Tillman. But to his dismay, Åke Tillman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Ätran booed when Kalvträsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malcolm Sjöö didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgar Skarkman was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Elliot Myr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kalvträsk's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Åke Tillman 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Kalvträsk's goalkeeper Edvard Malmberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Johannes Söderquist's late challenge caught a Kalvträsk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johannes Söderquist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, Johannes Söderquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Elliot Myr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the game, Georg Sandberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ätran's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kalvträsk the free kick. Ätran's Anders Hellsing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marko Nyström in the 77th minute of play. Elliot Myr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvard Malmberg having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Robert Dalkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ätran's Elliot Myr got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Åke Tillman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boris Pååk kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After 90 minutes Kalvträsk's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roy Nilsson who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ätran's Roy Nilsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Edvard Malmberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Åke Tillman in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvard Malmberg saved Kalvträsk from getting behind.
