A hard shot by Wiktor Eriksson from long distance, 7 minutes into the match, got Herman Ekegren's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 22ndth minute of the game Maximilian Sjögren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alnarp IFK's Helge Söderquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Helge Söderquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilian Sjögren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulf Lundgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Johannes Sjöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Haparanda getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Christer Palmkvist hit a great ball. After 36 played minutes Haparanda got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Åkesson. Herman Ekegren was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Johannes Sjöberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Johannes Sjöberg really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 41st minute, Dag Wallman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Börje Grelsson in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helge Söderquist saved Alnarp IFK from getting behind. Gunnar Stenberg kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Johannes Sjöberg to make the kick off. In the 78th minute, Ulf Lundgren made a precise shot to the right of Herman Ekegren. Haparanda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Dag Wallman kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Maximilian Sjögrens short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Helge Söderquist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Johannes Sjöberg charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johannes Sjöberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 94 minutes into the game, Ulf Lundgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Herman Ekegren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
