Spectators: 5700 (Terracing: 4200, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Sibbhult BF's Arman Asklöv started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arman Asklöv's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dan Hellkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Arman Asklöv could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Dan Hellkvist made a huge save. After having played for 11 minutes, Henrik Billock managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilhelmina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrik Billock was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th match minute, Sibbhult BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Melander to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Arman Asklöv managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sibbhult BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Arman Asklöv was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dan Hellkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ingvar Melander received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dan Hellkvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Ingvar Melander slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 22nd minute. Dag Juhlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Berg, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Ingvar Melander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Arman Asklöv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Sibbhult BF's Ingvar Melander slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dan Hellkvist. That made the score 3-0 after 35 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Ingvar Melander took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Dan Hellkvist to make any attempt to save it. Arman Asklöv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dag Juhlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Billock, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rickard Clementsson made a kick off. When Arman Asklöv came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Sibbhult BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arman Asklöv couldn't finish the play. Ivan Bergkvist hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. With 58 minutes on the clock, Henrik Soned commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Mathias Berg walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Arman Asklöv might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dan Hellkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arman Asklöv ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the game, Sibbhult BF's Arman Asklöv nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dan Hellkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Arman Asklöv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jörgen Lundgren fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vilhelmina's protests and gave Jörgen Lundgren a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sibbhult BF booed when Vilhelmina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörgen Lundgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sibbhult BF's Arman Asklöv got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Arman Asklöv ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dan Hellkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After some careless play in the Sibbhult BF defense, Ola Melander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dag Juhlin. The Sibbhult BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dag Juhlin should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute, Arman Asklöv made a precise shot to the right of Dan Hellkvist. Vilhelmina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sibbhult BF fully deserved thier win.
