Markus Boström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthon Bergqvist in the 4th minute of play. Elof Walroth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Lindmark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Ludvig Gummeson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Markus Boström. Warriors Of Metal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ludvig Gummeson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 17th minute, Fristad's Jonathan Arenberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jonathan Arenberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Fristad protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jonathan Arenberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The goalkeeper, Elof Walroth, was totally fooled by Warriors Of Metal's Niclas Holmstedt, who 19 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Sebastian Engman hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Warriors Of Metal's Markus Boström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludvig Gummeson in the 28th minute of play. Anthon Bergqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Markus Boström having to make a save. In the 31st minute, David Gråberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Erik Lange's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Elof Walroth skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Elof Walroth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Lindmark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albert Lindmark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Jan-Erik Lange managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warriors Of Metal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Erik Lange was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45 played minutes Warriors Of Metal got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Billock. When Ludvig Gummeson came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Fristad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ludvig Gummeson couldn't finish the play. David Gråberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Markus Boström having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Jan-Erik Lange struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Elof Walroth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warriors Of Metal. Jan-Erik Lange fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elof Walroth having to interfere. If Albert Lindmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Markus Boström made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Ludvig Gummeson sent off a good shot on target. 75 minutes into the match, Fristad's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Erik Lange came free, but Elof Walroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Jan-Erik Lange notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Fristad's Elof Walroth. Elof Walroth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ludvig Gummeson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Markus Boström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fristad's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
