After a defensive mix-up in Sjötorp BK's zone, Arvin Kiempe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lennart Askberg came out of the goal and Arvin Kiempe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute Oskar Palmkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Åke Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 13 minutes into the game, when Alfred Smedfeldt put in a rough tackle. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dragonparken FC! In the 15th minute there was a penalty for Sjötorp BK. Orvar Jönsson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Per-Åke Berglund. 0-1. Lennart Askberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvin Kiempe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ludvig Strömberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lennart Askberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvin Kiempe in the 23rd minute of the match. Dragonparken FC's attentive Ronny Adelsköld managed to snatch the ball when Henric Helander made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. In the 30th minute, Arvin Kiempe fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lennart Askberg, passed just outside the right post. After some careless play in the Sjötorp BK defense, Arvin Kiempe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lennart Askberg. The Sjötorp BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lennart Askberg should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven Paulin got free with Lennart Askberg in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sjötorp BK's Henric Helander quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ludvig Strömberg, made in the 38th minute of the game. A collision led to Sjötorp BK getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Otto Alegren hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Sjötorp BK's Otto Alegren got a free kick in the 47th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arvin Kiempe was the one to do the kick off. Per-Åke Berglund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brian Lund went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Sven Paulin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennart Askberg having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dragonparken FC had played much better football throughout.
