In a very dangerous position, a player in IFK Lövånger fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Seglora RK a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sture Mattsson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of IFK Lövånger's Vahit Nahit. 1-0. Kjell Pettersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Håkan Emander in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Jörgen Dahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the game, Håkan Emander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Kjell Pettersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ulf Falkrans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vahit Nahit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksander Häll in the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Seglora RK's zone, Ulf Falkrans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell Pettersson came out of the goal and Ulf Falkrans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute Aleksander Häll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vahit Nahit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Seglora RK's Aleksander Häll ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vahit Nahit. Vahit Nahit yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Eric Bergendahl kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Jörgen Dahlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Lövånger's supporters rose to their feet, but Jörgen Dahlberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kjell Pettersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ulf Falkrans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wictor Botvidsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Kjell Pettersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. IFK Lövånger's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarl Hamberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aleksander Häll was the one to do the kick off.
