Robin Björklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Göransson in the 4th minute of the match. Patrik Göransson struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Robin Björklund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ableton FA. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Alf Jonsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Robin Björklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Johan Wallengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Hoting IFK's Jonny Jonasson got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 20 played minutes, Hoting IFK's Robert Nyberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alf Jonsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hoting IFK reached it. When Nils-Erik Bruse came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Hoting IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils-Erik Bruse couldn't finish the play. Nils-Erik Bruse struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Alf Jonsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hoting IFK. Hoting IFK's Robin Björklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Johan Wallengren in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute Karl-Johan Wallengren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Björklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ableton FA getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Björn Lindkvist hit a great ball. Nils-Erik Bruse came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alf Jonsson could save by the left post. After 48 minutes of play, Ableton FA's Karl-Johan Wallengren made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robin Björklund was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonny Jonasson to strike the kick off in the second half. Alf Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Jonasson in the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 64 minutes, Jonny Jonasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hoting IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonny Jonasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute, Nils-Erik Bruse ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alf Jonsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Patrik Göransson took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Robin Björklund to make any attempt to save it. 76 minutes into the match, Hoting IFK's Jonny Jonasson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alf Jonsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 77th minute Karl-Johan Wallengren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Björklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Karl-Johan Wallengren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robin Björklund. That made the score 1-3 in the 86 minute of play. Nils-Erik Bruse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Jonsson having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Jonny Jonasson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of Ableton FA were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Hoting IFK side.
