Bo Kellman struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Fredrik Björck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sjovvan United FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Kellman in the 27th minute of play forced Alvhem RK's goalkeeper Fredrik Björck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torgny Nilsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Roland Törnqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Alvhem RK's Tobias Nyström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roland Törnqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emanuel Wiklund hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Viktor Malmgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 41st minute of the match Viktor Malmgren completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Viktor Malmgren a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Roland Törnqvist was a little too slow when Torgny Nilsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 3-0. Roland Törnqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Nyström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Bo Kellman made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Dag Gummeson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sjovvan United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dag Gummeson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Alvhem RK's zone, Bo Kellman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredrik Björck came out of the goal and Bo Kellman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Dag Gummeson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Emanuel Wiklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sjovvan United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Wiklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fredrik Björck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bo Kellman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fredrik Björck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dag Gummeson in the 70th minute of play. When Tobias Nyström came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Alvhem RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Nyström couldn't finish the play. When Dag Gummeson fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sjovvan United FC's protests and gave Dag Gummeson a yellow card for diving instead. Dag Gummeson hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Alvhem RK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
