Jan-Olof Fridlund's late challenge caught a Peking Spurs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Olof Fridlund helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Team Thorengruppen FF getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jan-Olof Fridlund hit a great ball. In the 24th minute of the match Charlie Dahlman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zebastian Josefsson skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Caspersson in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zebastian Josefsson saved Team Thorengruppen FF from getting behind. Valentin Caspersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zebastian Josefsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentin Caspersson in the 32nd minute. In the 37th minute, Evert Beckman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 47 minutes of play, Peking Spurs's Torsten Strandberg made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zebastian Josefsson was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torsten Strandberg to make the kick off. Team Thorengruppen FF were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Peking Spurs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jon Giliusson took the corner. Team Thorengruppen FF's Jon Giliusson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Verner Rosin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
