Eric Kielberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ted Bröms, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Stehag's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Bröms came free, but Eric Kielberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ted Bröms sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ted Bröms had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Stehag getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Wiktor Jansson hit a great ball. The nice shot from Christopher Löfgren in the 19thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Eric Kielberg had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. If Christopher Löfgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arvid Finsberg hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 25th match minute, Stehag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiktor Jansson to maneuver through the defense. Ted Bröms received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Eric Kielberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wiktor Jansson hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Ted Bröms managed to get in a good position for a shot. IF Dottan's supporters rose to their feet, but Ted Bröms was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eric Kielberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christopher Löfgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Eric Kielberg made a huge save.

IF Dottan's Ted Bröms got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, IF Dottan's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Markusson came free, but Jarl Hedling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Ahlgren's late challenge caught a IF Dottan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Matthias Markusson fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stehag's protests and gave Matthias Markusson a yellow card for diving instead. Eric Kielberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Bröms in the 68th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, IF Dottan's Christopher Löfgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eric Kielberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eric Kielberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Bröms in the 81st minute of the match. If Bengt-Rune Kullgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
