Spectators: 7274 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dvärsätt's Ian Tinglöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yngve Siggman in the 7th minute of play. Ian Tinglöv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Holmberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute Christer Holmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Tinglöv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Elg hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Yngve Siggman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, Dvärsätt's goal looked a bit too open when Yngve Siggman came free, but Ian Tinglöv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Dvärsätt booed when Borghamn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Lindgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Yngve Siggman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Samuel Elg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some careless play in the Dvärsätt defense, Yngve Siggman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ian Tinglöv. The Dvärsätt fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ian Tinglöv should have stopped the shot. Christer Holmberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Borghamn booed when Dvärsätt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sten Bergman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christer Holmberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ian Tinglöv came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Borghamn's Yngve Siggman. But to his dismay, Yngve Siggman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Holmberg in the 47th minute of play forced Dvärsätt's goalkeeper Ian Tinglöv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Samuel Elg made the kick off in the second half. Christer Holmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Tinglöv having to interfere. Christer Holmberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dvärsätt's Ian Tinglöv proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Dvärsätt from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, Dvärsätt's goalkeeper Ian Tinglöv had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robin Lindgren. Christer Holmberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Ian Tinglöv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kent Olofsson during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, Christer Holmberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ian Tinglöv was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 71st minute Kent Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Tinglöv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Dvärsätt's Ian Tinglöv got control of the ball when Christer Holmberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Christer Holmberg came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Borghamn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christer Holmberg couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, Dvärsätt's goal looked a bit too open when Christer Holmberg came free, but Ian Tinglöv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Borghamn's Yngve Siggman got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 91 in the game by Kent Olofsson from a close distance when the talented Ian Tinglöv managed to make a qualified save. Dvärsätt's players were relieved. After 93 minutes of play, Borghamn's Robin Lindgren made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ian Tinglöv was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christer Holmberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ian Tinglöv came out and tried to block the shot, but Christer Holmberg slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 96th minute. When the match was over Borghamn could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dvärsätt throughout the match.
