The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Linus Söderberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Lund in the 5th minute of play. Linus Söderberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joseph Björkdal went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 11 minutes, Frans Brenner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hållsta FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frans Brenner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urban Broberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alex Fernkvist. A collision led to Hållsta FK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Alex Fernkvist hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Hållsta FK's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Jespersson came free, but Linus Söderberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Marcus Lundkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Söderberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Lundkvist in the 21st minute of play forced Hållsta FK's goalkeeper Linus Söderberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Hållsta FK's goal looked a bit too open when John Lund came free, but Linus Söderberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alf Hansson to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Lund got free with Linus Söderberg in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of Hållsta FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Broaryd:s goal. Måns Bengtsson placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Linus Söderberg made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when John Lund sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th minute, Knut Jespersson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Marcus Lundkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Linus Söderberg made a huge save. Leif Hernström hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Björkdal in the 90th minute of play forced Hållsta FK's goalkeeper Linus Söderberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Roger Vesterberg notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Hållsta FK's Linus Söderberg. Linus Söderberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Broaryd were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
