Rikard Walroth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Örjan Ahlin having to interfere. Örjan Ahlin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bo Harman's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Ingmar Lundin's late challenge caught a Fagervik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingmar Lundin helped the player get up and apologised. Edwin Kvalfält sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Rikard Walroth came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Fagervik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rikard Walroth couldn't finish the play. Manfred Igelström hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Örjan Ahlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Harman in the 36th minute of the match. In the 44th minute Bo Harman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Örjan Ahlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bo Harman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Milly City's Örjan Ahlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Harman in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edwin Kvalfält to make the kick off. Tor Lennartsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Petter Håkansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Örjan Ahlin came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Fagervik's Bo Harman. But to his dismay, Bo Harman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bo Harman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Örjan Ahlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Milly City's zone, Rikard Walroth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Örjan Ahlin came out of the goal and Rikard Walroth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tor Lennartsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tor Lennartsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petter Håkansson having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Bo Harman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fagervik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Milly City the free kick. Tor Lennartsson struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Petter Håkansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milly City. Fagervik's Bo Harman got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bo Harman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Milly City getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Bernt Jespersson hit a great ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
