The referee ignored Real Tornado's protests and gave Wilhelm Kvarnström a yellow card for diving instead. 10 minutes into the game, one of Real Tornado:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 12th minute there was a penalty for Järved BK. Jonas Albom stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arne Haström. 0-1. In the 18th minute, Niclas Bergsten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arne Haström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of Real Tornado booed when Järved BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Wallmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Börje Vidman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Järved BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 32 minutes into the match, Järved BK's Börje Vidman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arne Haström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Jörgen Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Torsten Skark put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Thomas Johnsson. After the first half Järved BK were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Damm to make the kick off. Arne Haström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Börje Vidman in the 52nd minute. Thomas Johnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörgen Forsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute Jörgen Forsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne Haström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Damm in the 62nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Real Tornado's Arne Haström got control of the ball when Börje Vidman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Börje Vidman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Real Tornado's Arne Haström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Real Tornado from getting a goal against them. Sebastian Damm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arne Haström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd minute Sebastian Damm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Haström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Real Tornado's Arne Haström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Real Tornado from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Real Tornado's zone, Sebastian Damm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Haström came out of the goal and Sebastian Damm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Börje Vidman in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arne Haström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Real Tornado getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Wilhelm Kvarnström hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Börje Vidman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arne Haström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. 89 minutes into the match, Real Tornado's goalkeeper Arne Haström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Börje Vidman. 90 minutes into the match, Sebastian Damm dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arne Haström, 1-5. 94 minutes into the match, Real Tornado's goalkeeper Arne Haström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Börje Vidman. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Järved BK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
