Harald Forsman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Jens-Ove Grönlund made a huge save. Barsele's Bertil Bäck got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the game, Harald Forsman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Delor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barsele the free kick. In the 22nd match minute, Real Delor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harald Forsman to maneuver through the defense. Ronny Danielsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertil Bäck in the 24th minute of the match. With a little luck, Barsele's Jens-Ove Grönlund got control of the ball when Harald Forsman tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Real Delor's Sven-Åke Västberg in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barsele's goalie prevented a goal. Sven-Åke Västberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Real Delor's Sven-Åke Västberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jens-Ove Grönlund. That made the score 1-0 after 48 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Åke Västberg to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Bäck in the 56th minute of play forced Real Delor's goalkeeper Ronny Danielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 played minutes Barsele got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Lundgren. Jens-Ove Grönlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Åke Västberg in the 67th minute of the match. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Delor's goalkeeper Ronny Danielsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Robert Tomasson fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Delor's protests and gave Robert Tomasson a yellow card for diving instead. Robert Tomasson hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Real Delor's goalkeeper Ronny Danielsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gösta Hallgren. In the 78th minute, Michel Olofsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Ivar Sandberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Real Delor's Ronny Danielsson didn't even have to move. Barsele were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Real Delor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ivar Sandberg took the corner. In the 88th minute Barsele were awarded a corner. Ivar Sandberg went to the cornerflag to take it. Ivar Sandberg made a great header on Barsele's corner, it was just that Real Delor's Ronny Danielsson managed to reach the ball for a save. Ronny Danielsson came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Barsele's Gösta Hallgren. But to his dismay, Gösta Hallgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Melker Nordström charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melker Nordström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Melker Nordström hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harald Forsman in the 94th minute of play forced Barsele's goalkeeper Jens-Ove Grönlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gösta Hallgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Danielsson having to interfere.
