If Harald Apelquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Tomas Helström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oscar Vallin. The goal made the score 1-1. After having played for 22 minutes, Melker Dalgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Älta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melker Dalgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. John Jernberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Apelquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Helström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Oscar Vallin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Harald Apelquist was the one to do the kick off. Melker Dalgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. John Jernberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Melker Dalgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Landeryd's John Jernberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald Apelquist in the 66th minute of play. Melker Dalgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harald Apelquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Melker Dalgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Jernberg having to interfere. If Harald Apelquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melker Dalgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but John Jernberg made a huge save. Oscar Vallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Malmström, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Melker Dalgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. John Jernberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. John Jernberg was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Harald Apelquist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Harald Apelquist really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. When the match was over Älta could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Landeryd throughout the match.
