The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

55 minutes into the match, Axel Martinsson notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Fagerås's Jonas Åström. After a defensive mix-up in Balsta United's zone, Bo Arvidsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristoffer Westerstrand came out of the goal and Bo Arvidsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Douglas Harman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
