Henrik Sigfridsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Bengtsson having to interfere. Valter Bållström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Bäcklin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Långviksmon's Roger Kvarnström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tony Bengtsson. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. Ted Bäckström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th match minute, Hillerstorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Nordgren to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes in the game, Sakarias Vallengren fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tony Bengtsson having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Sakarias Vallengren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tony Bengtsson. The goal made the score 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Hillerstorp's goal looked a bit too open when Sakarias Vallengren came free, but Tony Bengtsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hillerstorp's Tony Bengtsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Hillerstorp from getting a goal against them. 25 minutes into the match, Långviksmon's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Nordgren came free, but Valter Bållström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Långviksmon's Valter Bållström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Markusson in the 26th minute of play. Tony Bengtsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Kvarnström in the 27th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Johan Nordgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valter Bållström. Långviksmon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johan Nordgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 36 minutes into the match, Hillerstorp's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Bäckström came free, but Tony Bengtsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 39 minutes, Ted Bäckström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Långviksmon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ted Bäckström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ted Bäcklin's late challenge caught a Långviksmon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ted Bäcklin helped the player get up and apologised. Ted Bäcklin hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The supporters of Långviksmon booed when Hillerstorp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Nordgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
In the 52ndth minute of the game Ted Bäckström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hillerstorp's Tony Bengtsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Bengtsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 70 minutes into the match, Långviksmon's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Bäcklin came free, but Valter Bållström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Ted Bäckström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Långviksmon's supporters rose to their feet, but Ted Bäckström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Bengtsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rd minute Ted Bäckström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Bengtsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roger Kvarnström kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Valter Bållström made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Torsten Markusson sent off a good shot on target. Henrik Sigfridsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tony Bengtsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Långviksmon. Ted Bäckström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Tony Bengtsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Långviksmon were the better team. Långviksmon's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
