Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Douglas Nyström kicked off to start the match. The supporters of FC Almstigen booed when Svalöv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erland Abrahamsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute of the match Christopher Mikaelsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Brian Andersson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 45 minutes of play, FC Almstigen's Philip Hägglund made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brian Andersson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anders Lundqvist was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Svalöv got a freekick which was hit by Björn Deckbergh. Brian Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Mikaelsson in the 55th minute of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Douglas Nyström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Svalöv's Brian Andersson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Douglas Nyström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brian Andersson was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Brian Andersson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Philip Hägglund went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Brian Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Nyström, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Douglas Nyström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Andersson having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Svalöv's goalkeeper Brian Andersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Philip Hägglund. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anders Lundqvist in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stig-Arne Billock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anders Lundqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Per Tolsson charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per Tolsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Per Tolsson kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. A hard shot 91 in the game by Douglas Nyström from a close distance when the talented Brian Andersson managed to make a qualified save. Svalöv's players were relieved. Philip Hägglund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Brian Andersson made a huge save.
