Dala-Husby IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mark Asklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mölle's goalkeeper Nils Björkqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Mölle's Joacim Jakobsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andreas Sundberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nils Björkqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Asklund in the 45th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mark Asklund in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils Björkqvist saved Mölle from getting behind. Mark Asklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Björkqvist having to interfere. In the 79th minute Mark Asklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Björkqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albert Hök during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Dala-Husby IK booed when Mölle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Hök didn't get a good kick on the ball.
