The Metropolis Xiàmén FC fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Metropolis Xiàmén FC's Sven-Erik Harman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Erik Harman in the 10th minute of play forced Sons Of Legends's goalkeeper Carl Bollström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Sven-Erik Harman notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Sons Of Legends's Carl Bollström. Carl Bollström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the game, John Ånger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Metropolis Xiàmén FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sons Of Legends the free kick. The supporters of Sons Of Legends booed when Metropolis Xiàmén FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Ånger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sven-Erik Harman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Metropolis Xiàmén FC booed when Sons Of Legends was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Morat didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Elliott Östlund notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Sons Of Legends's Carl Bollström. Carl Bollström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Sven-Erik Harman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Erik Harman scored 0-6 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carl Bollström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Erik Harman to strike the kick off in the second half. Carl Bollström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elliott Östlund in the 60th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sons Of Legends's zone, Sven-Erik Harman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Bollström came out of the goal and Sven-Erik Harman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, Thomas Morat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute of the match Metropolis Xiàmén FC got a corner. Sons Of Legends's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Mellbad ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tomas Mellbad made a great header on Metropolis Xiàmén FC's corner, it was just that Sons Of Legends's Carl Bollström managed to reach the ball for a save. After 75 played minutes Sons Of Legends got a freekick which was hit by Bror Fredriksson. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Sven-Erik Harman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Metropolis Xiàmén FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Erik Harman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Bollström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When John Ånger was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes had been played. After 79 played minutes Metropolis Xiàmén FC got a freekick which was hit by John Ånger. When %teams%'s Sven-Erik Harman was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-7 just inside the left pole, 87 minutes into the game. Carl Bollström was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Roy Abrahamsson kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Carl Bollström acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 97th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Emil Unesson.
