Niclas Törnbloms short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Oscar Billström to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 21 minutes, Marcus Henriksson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lönneberga and the Strengnesia IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes Lönneberga got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Henriksson. After 27 minutes of play, Strengnesia IF's Carl Björkdahl made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oscar Billström was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 36thth minute of the game Johannes Pilblad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Strengnesia IF's Manfred Tönnberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Emil Wallin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Strengnesia IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lönneberga the free kick. In the 44th minute, Emil Wallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manfred Tönnberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Wallgren in the 45th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Johannes Pilblad made the kick off in the second half. Oscar Billström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Björkdahl in the 54th minute of play. Carl Björkdahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Billström having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Strengnesia IF's goalkeeper Manfred Tönnberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dennis Wallgren. After a defensive mix-up in Strengnesia IF's zone, Dennis Wallgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manfred Tönnberg came out of the goal and Dennis Wallgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Strengnesia IF's Ove Tomasson got a free kick in the 78th minute. Carl Björkdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Johannes Pilblad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Manfred Tönnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Johannes Pilblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lönneberga's Dennis Wallgren got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
