Spectators: 7256 (Terracing: 5443, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Svante Fribäck got the match started through his kick off. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ivar Runeberg sped through Hallabro's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Åke Nyman. Sivert Colin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Göran Andersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Göran Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svante Fribäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sivert Colin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Svante Fribäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Göran Andersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Sivert Colin could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Göran Andersson however easily saved by the left post. Göran Andersson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svante Fribäck's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Ivar Runeberg notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Hallabro's Åke Nyman. Åke Nyman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 30 played minutes Hallabro got a freekick which was hit by Jan Sundström. The Hallabro fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Hallabro's Sivert Colin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sivert Colin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Göran Andersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Bjärred BK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ivar Runeberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Nyman having to interfere. Göran Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sivert Colin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sivert Colin in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Göran Andersson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivar Runeberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Åke Nyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Hallabro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Nordlund to maneuver through the defense. Göran Andersson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svante Fribäck's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Ivar Runeberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Åke Nyman made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivar Runeberg got free with Åke Nyman in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Hallabro's Svante Fribäck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Göran Andersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Sivert Colin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Göran Andersson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Göran Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Nordlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Svante Fribäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
