In the 9th minute, Ludvig Ingvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the game, Östavall FK's John Åström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Göran Andersson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Karl-Oskar Bergkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Göran Andersson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Karl-Oskar Bergkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 17th minute, Karl-Oskar Bergkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Bjärred BK getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ludvig Ingvall hit a great ball. When Anders Ahlrot fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Östavall FK's protests and gave Anders Ahlrot a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bjärred BK booed when Östavall FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anders Ahlrot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roy Ström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rickard Ahlgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 minutes of play Östavall FK's Anders Ahlrot was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Bjärred BK booed when Östavall FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anders Ahlrot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roy Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Ahlgren in the 28th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Rickard Ahlgren notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Östavall FK's Roy Ström. Roy Ström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 36 minutes into the match, Östavall FK's John Åström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Göran Andersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ludvig Ingvall hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Christoffer Säv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Göran Andersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Östavall FK getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Karl-Oskar Bergkvist hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Östavall FK's John Åström got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Bjärred BK's goal looked a bit too open when John Åström came free, but Göran Andersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 58 in the game by Ivar Runeberg from a close distance when the talented Roy Ström managed to make a qualified save. Östavall FK's players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling John Åström in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Göran Andersson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rickard Ahlgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roy Ström having to interfere. Ivar Runeberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. John Åström struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Göran Andersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östavall FK. Östavall FK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
