When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Brian Harlén made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Pajjens pågar's Georg Sjö got control of the ball when Andreas Söderqwist tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute Brian Harlén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Sjö saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Alf Kellbom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pajjens pågar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bates FC the free kick.
