Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Claes Askelöf made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd minute Leo Åkerberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manfred Lundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erland Nordlander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfred Lundström having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Claes Askelöf's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Lindman was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Lars Lindman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claes Askelöf's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Gustav Broberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute Gustav Broberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manfred Lundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Lindman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marc Åkerström in the 28th minute. Lars Lindman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claes Askelöf, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Gustav Broberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lars Lindman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Claes Askelöf showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 33 minute of play. Erland Nordlander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Manfred Lundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manfred Lundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav Broberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Lidhult FK's Manfred Lundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustav Broberg in the 44th minute of play. Claes Askelöf struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Lars Lindman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lidhult FK. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustav Broberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Wilhelm Albom kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. If Gustav Broberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joacim Lindström charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joacim Lindström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Lidhult FK's Joacim Lindström got a free kick in the 65th minute. Lars Lindman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joacim Lindström in the 69th minute of the match. Claes Askelöf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marc Åkerström in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lars Lindman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Fårbo getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Leo Åkerberg hit a great ball. Claes Askelöf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Lindman having to interfere. Claes Askelöf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fårbo's zone, Marc Åkerström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lars Lindman came out of the goal and Marc Åkerström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Claes Askelöf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lars Lindman. Fårbo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claes Askelöf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. There was no doubt that Lidhult FK were the better team. Lidhult FK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
