Per-Erik Hansson scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anton Wahlnäs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 8 minutes into the match, Liverpool's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Erik Hansson came free, but Anton Wahlnäs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 minutes of play, Forza Bajen's Fred Trulsson made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anton Wahlnäs was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Forza Bajen's Calle Ödman got a free kick in the 20th minute. Per Holmberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anton Wahlnäs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Trulsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Krister Fernkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Lindström having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Forza Bajen got a freekick which was hit by Calle Ödman. Kasper Göransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Torsten Holmberg came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Liverpool fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torsten Holmberg couldn't finish the play. After 39 minutes, Calle Ödman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Forza Bajen and the Liverpool players grew even worse after the yellow card. Calle Ödman kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Krister Fernkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liverpool's supporters rose to their feet, but Krister Fernkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Lindström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thomas Lindström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Krister Fernkvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 48 minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

55 minutes into the game, Fred Trulsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anton Wahlnäs. Fred Trulsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Krister Fernkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Krister Fernkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Thomas Lindström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 85 minutes of play, Liverpool's Ulrik Dahlman made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thomas Lindström was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 98th minute Per Holmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Lindström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Forza Bajen were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Liverpool's much stronger midfield.
