Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bertil Säv started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Eskilstuna FF booed when FC Johanneberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calle Göransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Andy Sundström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 13 minutes, Börje Granberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eskilstuna FF and the FC Johanneberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 13 played minutes Eskilstuna FF got a freekick which was hit by Börje Granberg. Bertil Säv's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Lucas Alkvist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 18th minute, Eskilstuna FF's Åke Kleen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Oskar Torsberg hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Bertil Säv left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eskilstuna FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After having played for 31 minutes, Bertil Säv managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eskilstuna FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Säv was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Bertil Säv lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Lucas Alkvist. Bertil Säv might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Alkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bertil Säv ran back to his position shaking his head. Bertil Säv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andy Sundström struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Lucas Alkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eskilstuna FF. In the 46th minute, Andy Sundström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thomas Rosendahl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Åke Kleen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eskilstuna FF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Thomas Rosendahl scored to the left of an out of position Östen Täman, making the score, 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in FC Johanneberg's zone, Bertil Säv stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Alkvist came out of the goal and Bertil Säv tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Åke Kleen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Alkvist having to interfere. When Eskilstuna FF's Bertil Säv in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Johanneberg's goalie prevented a goal. Andy Sundström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute.
