In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gagnef BK's goalkeeper Maximilian Ekblom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Urban Soned charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urban Soned the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Almunge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urban Soned to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ragnar Berg during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gagnef BK's Ragnar Berg got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 27th minute Marcus Nyman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximilian Ekblom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Almunge's Marcus Nyman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximilian Ekblom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Yngve Vidman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almunge's supporters rose to their feet, but Yngve Vidman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximilian Ekblom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Marcus Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Nyman in the 38th minute of play forced Gagnef BK's goalkeeper Maximilian Ekblom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Oskar Lange kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. The supporters of Gagnef BK booed when Almunge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Oskar Lange didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Bertil Billberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Sven Nordlund however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Almunge's Sven Nordlund got control of the ball when Bertil Billberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sven-Oskar Lange charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven-Oskar Lange the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes Almunge got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Oskar Lange. Karl-Oskar Fransson struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Sven Nordlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gagnef BK. The Gagnef BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Almunge were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcus Nyman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
