The Zlatibras's Andréas Kalfhage got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alex Ahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobias Dahlberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torsten Fransson having to make a save. In the 12th minute, Andy Klintæus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex Ahlbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsten Fransson having to interfere. Torsten Fransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Ahlbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobias Dahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Zlatibras's goalkeeper Torsten Fransson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 32 played minutes Olympique Västberga got a freekick which was hit by Robert Östensson. Markus Vall took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kjell-Arne Pihlblad. Olympique Västberga's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Alex Ahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Olympique Västberga's Alex Ahlbom in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Zlatibras's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, Olympique Västberga's Torsten Fransson threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tony Söderquist, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Bergström was the one to do the kick off. Torsten Fransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Ahlbom in the 52nd minute of play. Olympique Västberga's Kjell-Arne Pihlblad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Olympique Västberga from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, The Zlatibras's Martin Ekström got a free kick in the 60th minute. Tobias Dahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Olympique Västberga fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Olympique Västberga's Alex Ahlbom looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Ahlbom in the 70th minute of play forced The Zlatibras's goalkeeper Torsten Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rickard Frisk kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. If Alex Ahlbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute Tobias Dahlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torsten Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobias Dahlberg scored 2-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torsten Fransson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute Alex Ahlbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torsten Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Olympique Västberga players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
