Spectators: 7259 (Terracing: 5446, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jörn Sandberg kicked off to start the match. Vindeln's Inge Eklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Vindeln from getting a goal against them. Stig-Åke Lenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stig-Åke Lenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Jarl Spetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th match minute, Jan Junnis Klubb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Isaksson to maneuver through the defense. Jarl Spetz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Åke Lenberg in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Alfons Hurtig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jan Junnis Klubb's goalkeeper Jarl Spetz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jarl Spetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Åke Lenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jörn Sandberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st match minute, Vindeln was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Lindqvist to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Yngve Berggren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jarl Spetz. Jan Junnis Klubb's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yngve Berggren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jarl Spetz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stig-Åke Lenberg went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Evert Svensson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Yngve Berggren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jarl Spetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Vindeln booed when Jan Junnis Klubb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ture Runberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Yngve Berggren came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Vindeln fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yngve Berggren couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig-Åke Lenberg in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jarl Spetz saved Jan Junnis Klubb from getting behind. Jarl Spetz came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Vindeln's Stig-Åke Lenberg. But to his dismay, Stig-Åke Lenberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Yngve Berggren in the 57th minute of play forced Jan Junnis Klubb's goalkeeper Jarl Spetz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Junnis Klubb's Jarl Spetz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Jan Junnis Klubb from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute, Douglas Skröder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yngve Berggren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jarl Spetz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Vindeln's Stig-Åke Lenberg got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Douglas Skröder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Vindeln's Yngve Berggren in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jan Junnis Klubb's goalie prevented a goal. When Douglas Skröder fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jan Junnis Klubb's protests and gave Douglas Skröder a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Vindeln booed when Jan Junnis Klubb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Douglas Skröder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charles Lindqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Spetz having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Vindeln's zone, Bertil Ahlgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inge Eklund came out of the goal and Bertil Ahlgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th match minute, Vindeln was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksander Larsson to maneuver through the defense. Vindeln's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
