Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rissne FC's Matthias Sandberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Matthias Sandberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute, Rissne FC's Henrik Palmquist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 11th minute Vilhelm Wallin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Nordgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Matthias Sandberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Charles Fransson. Hasselfors BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthias Sandberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Hasselfors BK's zone, Henrik Palmquist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Fransson came out of the goal and Henrik Palmquist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matthias Sandberg in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Fransson saved Hasselfors BK from getting behind. Vilhelm Wallin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Jonathan Nordgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Rissne FC got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Nässén. Charles Fransson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Ove Lundberg in the 30th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Wallin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jonathan Nordgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Hasselfors BK's Vilhelm Wallin in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rissne FC's goalie prevented a goal. Rissne FC's Jonathan Nordgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilhelm Wallin in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Hasselfors BK booed when Rissne FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Palmquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Karl-Ove Lundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 65 played minutes Hasselfors BK got a freekick which was hit by Pål Åberg. After 71st play minutes Matthias Sandberg shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Charles Fransson and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Matthias Sandberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Charles Fransson was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Henrik Palmquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Matthias Sandberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
