Koppom's Torbjörn Qvalfeldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Bure in the 3rd minute of play. Torbjörn Qvalfeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Löv in the 4th minute of the match. Calle Strömbom hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Bernt Bure fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torbjörn Qvalfeldt having to interfere. Torbjörn Qvalfeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Löv in the 11th minute of the match. Arne Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torbjörn Qvalfeldt having to interfere. Bernt Bure blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torbjörn Qvalfeldt having to make a save. Bernt Bure's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torbjörn Qvalfeldt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Johannes Ahlgren made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Harry Jelm sent off a good shot on target. Torbjörn Qvalfeldt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Årsunda's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ingvar Dahlquist 32 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Årsunda's Jimmy Löv got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernt Bure blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torbjörn Qvalfeldt having to make a save. Bernt Bure sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimmy Löv's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torbjörn Qvalfeldt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Arne Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torbjörn Qvalfeldt having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

1-2 became the score in the 55th minute when Bernt Bure elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jimmy Löv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimmy Löv struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Torbjörn Qvalfeldt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Årsunda. The supporters of Årsunda booed when Koppom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erland Torsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bernt Bure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bernt Bure came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Årsunda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernt Bure couldn't finish the play. Torbjörn Qvalfeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Löv in the 76th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Årsunda's Jimmy Löv slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Torbjörn Qvalfeldt. That made the score 1-4 after 78 minutes of play. Jimmy Löv struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Torbjörn Qvalfeldt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Årsunda. In the 87th minute, Jimmy Löv got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jimmy Lövs short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Torbjörn Qvalfeldt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jimmy Löv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Årsunda's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
