Joakim Pihl was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Magne Nordal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Åke Blanck during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Uno Karlsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Joakim Pihl made a huge save. Jens-Ola Rolandsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Magne Nordal was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Arnäsvall BF's Magne Nordal made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joakim Pihl was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joakim Pihl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uno Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Kungsäter BK defense, Magne Nordal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joakim Pihl. The Kungsäter BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joakim Pihl should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Arnäsvall BF booed when Kungsäter BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Oskar Sillén didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute Arnäsvall BF were awarded a corner. Sonny Forsell went to the cornerflag to take it. If Uno Karlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sonny Forsell kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Joakim Pihl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uno Karlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When Nils-Åke Samuelsson fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kungsäter BK's protests and gave Nils-Åke Samuelsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th match minute, Kungsäter BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Åke Samuelsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Åke Blanck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnäsvall BF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result.
