Stellan Browall started the match with the kick off. With an all-out effort, Starkin Wonders's Jonatan Ahlstedt threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Stellan Browall, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jonatan Ahlstedt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bo Wallin in the 9th minute. If Bo Wallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Karl Kämpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stellan Browall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Ahlstedt having to interfere. If Bo Wallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stellan Browall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the game, Stellan Browall recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonatan Ahlstedt. Stellan Browall showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Jonatan Ahlstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stellan Browall in the 31st minute of the match. If Stellan Browall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frans Valrot in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonatan Ahlstedt saved HCBK from getting behind. Bo Wallin struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Jonatan Ahlstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Starkin Wonders. In the 44th minute, Bo Wallin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Jonatan Ahlstedt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tobias Kullgren went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Bo Wallin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jonatan Ahlstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Wallin in the 62nd minute of play forced HCBK's goalkeeper Jonatan Ahlstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Bo Wallin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonatan Ahlstedt was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Stellan Browall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jonatan Ahlstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonatan Ahlstedt came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Starkin Wonders's Stellan Browall. But to his dismay, Stellan Browall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 75 played minutes HCBK got a freekick which was hit by Henric Söderström. Stellan Browall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stellan Browall in the 83rd minute of play forced HCBK's goalkeeper Jonatan Ahlstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alf Lövkvist's late challenge caught a Starkin Wonders's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alf Lövkvist helped the player get up and apologised. Jonatan Ahlstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stellan Browall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Bo Wallin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonatan Ahlstedt. HCBK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bo Wallin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0.
