When Leif Eskilsson came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Hultsbergs BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leif Eskilsson couldn't finish the play. Erik Burman was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Leif Eskilsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leif Eskilsson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 27 minutes into the game, Herman Gummeson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MATTEUS GREGOW FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hultsbergs BK the free kick. In the 44thth minute of the game Verner Sundström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hultsbergs BK's Marc Åkerman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th minute, Herman Gummeson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Leif Eskilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leif Eskilsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Erling Knutsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Erik Burman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Verner Sundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69 minutes of play, Hultsbergs BK's Leif Eskilsson made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erik Burman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Verner Sundström charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Verner Sundström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Verner Sundström hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match.
