Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Real Valbo's Albin Hägg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Albin Hägg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Hjortberg having to interfere. Arvid Strand charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arvid Strand the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of OMER booed when Real Valbo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvid Strand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Valbo's Marcus Ljungberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Flink in the 16th minute of play. Bror Holmberg took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcus Ljungberg. Marcus Ljungberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Real Valbo's zone, Edmund Flink stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcus Ljungberg came out of the goal and Edmund Flink tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Stensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Ljungberg having to interfere. If Edmund Flink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Martin Stensson, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 30 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Marcus Ljungberg was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Albin Hägg kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. A collision led to OMER getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Bror Holmberg hit a great ball. Albin Hägg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ludwig Hjortberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Brian Jonasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Valbo's supporters rose to their feet, but Brian Jonasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludwig Hjortberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Real Valbo's Arvid Strand quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Torbjörn Möllgren, made in the 44th minute of the game. The Real Valbo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. OMER were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmund Flink stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Brian Jonasson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Real Valbo's Brian Jonasson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Håkan Holmgren, made in the 54th minute of the game. Real Valbo's Brian Jonasson got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brian Jonasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Hjortberg having to interfere. Ludwig Hjortberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Jonasson in the 60th minute of the match. Real Valbo's Marcus Ljungberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Real Valbo from getting a goal against them. After 63 minutes of play Real Valbo's Arvid Strand was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Arvid Strand hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brian Jonasson during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, Brian Jonasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Stensson in the 72nd minute of play forced Real Valbo's goalkeeper Marcus Ljungberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Stensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th match minute, Real Valbo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulf Thidén to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Ljungberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Flink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The OMER supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing OMER would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
