Dante FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boris Bengtsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sune Lund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Magnusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Boris Bengtsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dante FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Boris Bengtsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sune Lund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Ian Dahlman came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the BenKnäckarGänget fans jumped to their feet. Sune Lund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Einar Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After a defensive mix-up in BenKnäckarGänget's zone, Boris Bengtsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sune Lund came out of the goal and Boris Bengtsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. BenKnäckarGänget's Sune Lund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Bengtsson in the 57th minute of play. A collision led to BenKnäckarGänget getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Einar Jonsson hit a great ball. Dante FC's Folke Magnusson got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Ian Dahlman managed to get in a good position for a shot. BenKnäckarGänget's supporters rose to their feet, but Ian Dahlman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. BenKnäckarGänget's Tom Finnman couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dante FC. Sune Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Bengtsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 82 played minutes BenKnäckarGänget got a freekick which was hit by Einar Jonsson. Folke Magnusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Sune Lund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nils-Åke Berglund fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BenKnäckarGänget's protests and gave Nils-Åke Berglund a yellow card for diving instead. Nils-Åke Berglund hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Greger Alberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reine Pihl having to make a save. Reine Pihl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Dahlman in the 96th minute of play. The supporters of Dante FC booed when BenKnäckarGänget was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börje Danielsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 100th minute, Folke Magnusson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Dante FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
