After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Evert Ugla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jeff Jones FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Evert Ugla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Kollberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andréas Ånger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Kollberg having to interfere. Nittorp's Carl Kollberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andréas Ånger in the 36th minute of play. Evert Ugla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Kollberg having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Nittorp's goal looked a bit too open when Andréas Ånger came free, but Carl Kollberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jesper Jernberg made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Nittorp got a freekick which was hit by Edwin Högberg. If Jonas Hansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Bengt Lundqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesper Jernberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jeff Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Jeff Jones FC's zone, Jonas Hansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeff Silva came out of the goal and Jonas Hansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the match, Jeff Jones FC's Evert Ugla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carl Kollberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesper Jernberg in the 71st minute of play forced Jeff Jones FC's goalkeeper Jeff Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carl Kollberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andréas Ånger in the 79th minute of play. If Jesper Jernberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th match minute, Nittorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Wallin to maneuver through the defense. If Harald Kämpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 90th minute, one of Nittorp:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nittorp. In the 94th minute, Robin Kollberg had to leave the field with a concussion. In the 95th minute, Jesper Jernberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carl Kollberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Ugla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Hansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Jeff Silva made a huge save.
