The referee ignored Voxnabruk's protests and gave Vincent Hökkvist a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 played minutes Voxnabruk got a freekick which was hit by Vincent Hökkvist. If Nils-Åke Lindholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olle Lustig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 20th minute by Linus Hellsing got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Jerry Pihlwall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Segmon IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerry Pihlwall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olle Lustig couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Voxnabruk defense, Nils-Åke Lindholm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Edvin Falck. The Voxnabruk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Edvin Falck should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Voxnabruk's Michel Carlberg got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute, Olle Lustig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Edvin Falck was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 68th minute of the game. One of Voxnabruk:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Segmon IF:s goal. In the 74th minute, Malte Fransson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jerry Pihlwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Sven-Edvin Falck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven-Edvin Falck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Åke Lindholm, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Voxnabruk's zone, Jerry Pihlwall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Edvin Falck came out of the goal and Jerry Pihlwall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 96 minutes into the match, Voxnabruk's goal looked a bit too open when Linus Hellsing came free, but Sven-Edvin Falck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Segmon IF were the better team. Segmon IF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
