Spectators: 6674 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 0) Hjalmar Broman made the kick off and thus started the match. Gullbergs Kaj's Hjalmar Broman got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henrik Skytt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sven-Edvin Tomasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Erik Bergendahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hjalmar Broman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo-Erik Rydberg having to interfere. Henrik Skytt scored 1-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Edvin Tomasson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Henrik Skytt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sven-Edvin Tomasson firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrik Skytt got free with Sven-Edvin Tomasson in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Henrik Skytt came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Bonässund BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrik Skytt couldn't finish the play. Jan-Ove Nordin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henrik Skytt was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Bonässund BF's goalkeeper Bo-Erik Rydberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Ove Nordin. Hjalmar Broman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo-Erik Rydberg having to interfere. Sven-Edvin Tomasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Skytt in the 58th minute of play. Bengt Juhlin struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Sven-Edvin Tomasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bonässund BF. Sven-Edvin Tomasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Skytt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 minutes of play, Bonässund BF's Bengt Juhlin made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven-Edvin Tomasson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hjalmar Broman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bo-Erik Rydberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Hjalmar Broman slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 69th minute. Jan-Ove Nordin struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Bo-Erik Rydberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gullbergs Kaj. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Hjalmar Broman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 75 played minutes Bonässund BF got a freekick which was hit by Bengt Juhlin. Henrik Skytt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Edvin Tomasson having to interfere. In the 80th match minute, Gullbergs Kaj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Åke Säfström to maneuver through the defense. After 81 minutes, Jens-Åke Säfström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gullbergs Kaj and the Bonässund BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Gullbergs Kaj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Åke Säfström to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute of the match Leonard Mattsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven-Edvin Tomasson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Skytt in the 84th minute of play forced Gullbergs Kaj's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Tomasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Gullbergs Kaj defense, Henrik Skytt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Edvin Tomasson. The Gullbergs Kaj fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Edvin Tomasson should have stopped the shot.
