After a defensive mix-up in Gullbergs Kaj's zone, Aaron Jakobsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Edvin Tomasson came out of the goal and Aaron Jakobsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Alf Lind got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan-Ove Nordin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Harry Cane when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Harry Cane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hjalmar Broman in the 19th minute of play. Jan-Ove Nordin came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Harry Cane could save by the left post. In the 27th match minute, Rozes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddie Lövkvist to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Ove Nordin took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harry Cane. Harry Cane dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Sven-Edvin Tomasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Vennerberg in the 41st minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alf Lind made a kick off. Aaron Jakobsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Edvin Tomasson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Gullbergs Kaj booed when Rozes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörgen Carlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Hjalmar Broman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Harry Cane didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hjalmar Broman went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Harry Cane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hjalmar Broman in the 61st minute of the match. A collision led to Gullbergs Kaj getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Karl-Erik Blomqvist hit a great ball. Alf Lind recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Harry Cane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hjalmar Broman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute Hjalmar Broman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Cane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute Jan-Ove Nordin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Cane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Rozes FC's Alf Lind dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 83rd minute of the match, Anders Vennerberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sven-Edvin Tomasson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Evert Eklund kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Rozes FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
