Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elliot Brandt started the match with the kick off. Bruksvallarna's Max Bergman got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Max Bergman scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stig Tinglöf, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 12th play minutes Elliot Brandt shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Stig Tinglöf and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of Hallsberg FK booed when Bruksvallarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ola Sundberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Hallsberg FK's Bengt-Arne Lindqvist got a free kick in the 18th minute. Max Bergman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Max Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elliot Brandt in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stig Tinglöf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elliot Brandt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stig Tinglöf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hallsberg FK's goalkeeper Stig Tinglöf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bernt Lindgren kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Henning Forsman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Fred Söderlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henning Forsman to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Hallsberg FK's Henning Forsman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fred Söderlund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Hallsberg FK's goal looked a bit too open when Max Bergman came free, but Stig Tinglöf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Max Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Max Bergman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stig Tinglöf was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 65th minute Max Bergman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Tinglöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Elliot Brandt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patric Ahlroth's late challenge caught a Hallsberg FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patric Ahlroth helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bruksvallarna getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Patric Ahlroth hit a great ball. Stig Tinglöf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elliot Brandt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute Elliot Brandt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Tinglöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Max Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 82 minutes, Elliot Brandt made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Hallsberg FK's Stig Tinglöf tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Elliot Brandt scored 5-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stig Tinglöf, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Max Bergman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Stig Tinglöf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig Tinglöf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliot Brandt, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Max Bergman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henning Forsman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruksvallarna's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
